Must have:
- Experience with requirements elicitation and documentation using various industry standard techniques.
- Experience writing system requirements.
- Ability to lead discussions to understand business requirements.
- Expected to work independently with business and technology SME's to refine and document technology requirements, consumable by agile teams.
Preferred (above plus the below):
- Has worked with BNY Pershing software or any of the financial institutions which utilize Pershing for brokerage services.
